It is a pain in the ass and time consuming to remove the MMM. Is there any reason for not using the BH with the mower attached?

I take the MMM off when done mowing. It just gets in the way when using the FEL and other jobs the tractor does. I can have the MMM off in 2 minutes and back on in about 3 minutes when needed. Also I need to get the tractor in areas that the MMM doesn't fit. ....

Extra weight the CUT carries around will lead to earlier wear on bearings, seals, tie rod ends etc. From a practical standpoint, no, leaving them on isn't a big deal. However, if the ground isn't flat you're raising the center of gravity which isn't good. The extra weight will contribute to rutting if the soil/grass isn't stable.
I test-drove a guy's CUT with a MMM and FEL installed. He left the MMM on all the time---even when doing loader work. I saw about a five gallon bucket full of dirt loaded up on the deck surrounding the $pindles and everything el$e that moved. I passed on it, and bought new. ....

At least on a bx-23 the manual says disconnect BH hose into itself something about value damage but for the first 18 months I had everything hooked up. deck come off easy reinstall more time needed

Aside from the comments already made, that doing so is hard on the equipment, it would be a lot harder on the turf too.
The weight of a FEL and B/H is considerable and will cause a lot more soil compaction, and ultimately, marking of the turf than would otherwise happen.
If you have to move the machine around much with the B/H attached it is a good idea to physically lock the B/H in the full up position, or at least disconnect the hydraulics (not as good). All the large TLB's from companies such as Case, JCB, Deere & Cat to name just a few, have something called a "boom lock" or "travel lock" to accomplish this, the load on the hydraulics caused by the boom trying to pivot down when you hit even a relatively small bump is pretty tremendous. It doesn't take long to cuase leaks in both the valve and the cylinder from this load. If a hose or some other component were to let go at such a point the B/H would come crashing down and be imossible to lift back up until after a very $$$ repair.

I've had my BX23 since sept. of 2004.
Have never had the FEL BH or MMM off it.
Works great for me
850 hours and none of the problems mentioned in any of the other post.
I'd say 4 summers and over 850 hours has been a pretty fair test. ....

Myself and my employees have been working on golf courses now for in excess of 20 years. None of us have ever been (thankfully) hit by, or even seen lightning hit someone.
However, according to the Federal Government, there have been 3,239 people killed, 13,057 people injured, 9,718 of them permanently injured in the last 40 years.
Just because it hasn't happened yet, doesn't mean it won't ever happen.
Insurance is a good example, you don't buy it because you plan on having an accident.
